Before you order
Where do you deliver?
Up to 10 km from the shop. The delivery fee for your distance is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I choose my sugar and ice level?
Yes. Write it in the note at checkout, for example “50% sugar, less ice”. For office or party orders of 20 cups or more, pick a later date and add a note.
How do I know my order went through?
You'll see your order number right after paying, plus a tracking page that shows when your drinks are being made and when they're ready.
Can I pay cash?
For pick-up, yes. For delivery, we ask for payment online so the rider can leave right away while your drinks are still cold.
